Refund and Returns Policy

At GMG, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of the purchase/delivery date.

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and receipts.

  • For used/refurbished items, issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Products with missing parts, packaging, or accessories

  • Software, digital products, and downloadable items

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable or final sale

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a full refund or free exchange.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within the return period with your order details.

Return Shipping
